Organic Instant Coffee: Our organic coffee is grown in Colombia. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, we concentrate the coffee by evaporation and finish it by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder. 50 mg of caffeine per serving (half the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee).
Organic Chaga Mushroom (200 mg per serving): Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) has been used to support immune function for centuries. Today our Chaga is sustainably handmade in birch trees. We extract the fruiting bodies to make a blendable organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
Organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom (300 mg per serving): The scientific name for Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) sounds like “Hercules,” and with good reason. Unfortunately, there are not many recyclable options for air-proof, food-grade packaging materials. We are always looking for more eco-friendly packaging components and/or ingredients.
