ABOUT KŌNSE’S PRODUCTS

Each brand at KŌNSE Beauty has demonstrated its commitment to the “planet and our values” by doing things differently or by providing solutions to help us maintain our care and that of the planet as a priority. Whether excluding specific ingredients or with Cruelty free brands or being environmentally friendly.
We believe that it is important to be aware of the source of the ingredients of our brands, that the production process is carried out ethically and that the packaging used is sustainable. It is important for us to share this information with you so that you can make informed decisions.

We believe that our products should be considered human and environmentally healthy using non-harmful ingredients as a baseline and Plant-Based ingredients when possible.

The majority of our product selection contains organically farmed ingredients. These ingredients are grown without the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO), herbicides, synthetic fertilizers and more. Some brands choose to pay a fee and be assessed by the Soil Association and receive the Eco-cert if they are more than 95% organic ingredients. Others source their products organically and grow it themselves but don’t invest in the qualification for their own reasons.

<p class=”p1″>We believe that all our products are mainly made of natural ingredients some of which have to undergo a certain degree of chemical processing before they can be used, some examples include cold pressed oils, or waxes.</p>

The package is wrapped in a compostable bag , certified home compostable (AS 5810) (Betterpackaging.com)

ABOUT YOUR ORDER

All deliveries require a signature. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign the package. You may need to pick up the items from your post office. You can find your tracking number on your order.

Delivery includes 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left (as long as access is possible) with the details of the local office where you can pick up the shipment. If the recipient does not collect their shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 calendar days, the shipment will be returned to KŌNSE Beauty. Therefore, it is recommended that you include your phone number with your destination address.

Deliveries to Andorra and mainland Spain will be 24 hours and for Gibraltar and Portugal 48 hours. other EU countries 3-4 days (all deliveries are made on working days). For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and International contact us info@konsebeauty.com

We recommend contacting us if you have not received your package before the estimated delivery date to allow us to help you with the tracking.

Options for your region will be displayed at checkout. This includes free delivery for orders in mainland Spain.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta and internationally, please keep in mind that the import costs and customs fees at your expense and will vary greatly depending on the country where you live. Regarding shipping costs, contact us so we can inform you of these.

Unfortunately, from time to time the stock may not be available. We will contact you if the item you request is temporarily out of stock.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, although this may take longer during holidays and in some circumstances such as the current situation.

All items are shipped with a tracking number that you can find by clicking “View my order” in the shipping confirmation email.

In case you do not receive your package please check the package tracking through the tracking number and the link provided by the courier company; We will do the same and will contact you as soon as possible to find out where your package is and the estimated delivery date.

We regret that occasionally shipping errors will occur. These must be returned within 14 calendar days. After this, we cannot accept returns.

These are run from time to time with the following conditions.

Discount Code: Only one code is allowed per order and must be entered correctly in the Discount Code box provided on the checkout page. When entered correctly, the Discount Code will generate the reduction in your basket.

The best way to stay updated on our offers is through our newsletter.

Returned or canceled orders with offers: When returning items that include a discount, the refund due will include the discount.

If a refund is issued, an administrative fee may apply due to the cost or processing of refunds with banks.

Offers run for a limited time and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Please indicate the name of the recipient and if you want us to leave any special messages (birthday, anniversary, etc.). Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help when deciding and want advice.

All return and refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We are pleased to offer replacements on products damaged in transit or shipped in error. Please contact hello@konsebeauty.com.

An exchange or credit note is available for unopened, unused goods that are no longer required.

Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days and have a returns number as issued by us. Goods remain the property of the purchaser until they arrive to us in saleable condition. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit to us.

All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund shipping costs. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain a proof of postage.

We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons. Please use our sample service for matching make-up colours, trying scents or sampling a new range for the first time. This helps ensure your purchase is one you love.

We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the return.

Please contact us if you have ordered an item in error.

You have the right to cancel your if it has not been shipped. Contact hello@konsebeauty.com for a return number. Items returned without this number may be delayed in processing.

Our goal is to ship items within 24-48 hours. If the item has been shipped, you must return the products to us.

The return of an item from a canceled order, which has already been shipped, is the responsibility of the buyer.

We refund money upon receipt of the merchandise in satisfactory condition. This means that the packaging has not been used, opened, or damaged.

We are legally obliged to guarantee that your money is refunded within 14 business days after receipt of the returned products in conditions of sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us directly.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted. For example:

• Article with obvious signs of use.

• Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged on the outside or inside.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If a refund is issued, an administrative fee may apply due to the cost or processing of refunds with banks.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method. If a refund is issued, an administrative fee may apply due to the cost or processing of refunds with banks.

We are legally obligated to guarantee that your money is refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the item.

• Canceled orders: you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning canceled or unwanted items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund. If a refund is issued, an administrative fee may apply due to the cost or processing of refunds with banks.

• Items not picked up or returned by customs: If you do not receive your order within the estimated shipping time, please email us for tracking. If an item is returned to us due to non-collection or customs issues, a reshipping cost is incurred. If the items are no longer needed, the refund will be processed at the shipping rates incurred by us deducted from the refund.

We do not guarantee that we will receive any returned items.

As most of our products are organic and / or natural products and free of artificial preservatives, it is always good to use them within six months after opening or within two years if they are closed and stored away from direct light and without large temperature changes. In the case of our brand NUORI whose maximum quality is freshness, this period is reduced to three months once opened. The NUORI packaging already specifically indicates the date on which the product is to be used to obtain its maximum effectiveness.
