How to use your points?
In order to redeem points, your shopping cart must have a minimum value of € 25
250 points is equivalent to € 5, which is the minimum amount of points you must have in order to redeem.
750 points is the maximum amount that you can redeem in an order which is equivalent to € 15
Do the #KonseVIP points expire?
Points are valid for one year (365 days), if your points expire before being used, they will be removed from your account. (We will notify you before your points expire so you can take advantage of them)
In which cases can points be returned?
In the event that a return proceeds, the points will be immediately applied back to your account.
In case the order is canceled, the points will be returned to your account.
