• Organic Instant Coffee: Our shade-grown, organic coffee is grown in Colombia. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, we concentrate the coffee by evaporation, and finish it off by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder. We come from Finland and Finnish people drink more coffee than anyone else in the world. So we take this stuff seriously. We even have a 3rd party lab test each batch for purity. You’ll get 50 mg of caffeine per serving (half the caffeine as a regular cup of coffee).
• Organic Chaga Mushroom (250 mg per serving): Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) isn’t just fun to say out loud, it’s also been used to support immune function for centuries. In Finland (where our founders are from), it was used as a coffee substitute during WWII when beans weren’t available. Today, our Chaga’s sustainably wildcrafted on birch trees. We extract the fruiting bodies to make a mixable, organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
• Organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom (250 mg per serving): The scientific name for Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) kind of sounds like “Hercules”, and with good reason. It’s your brain’s best friend when you want to get stuff done. We extract our Lion’s Mane from wood-grown fruiting bodies: fully organic, with no fillers or carriers.
• Organic Rhodiola: Those who know and love this super adaptogen call it “golden root”. We think it’s the gold standard for productivity and creativity. Wildcrafted from the mountains of Tibet before being extracted.

• Made with organic, Arabica coffee beans with only half the caffeine as a regular cup of coffee (50 mg of caffeine).
• Mixes medium and smooth. You’ll completely forget the word “mushroom” is on the bag while you’re drinking it. You’ll remember when you notice you haven’t crashed around mid-day.
• Instant coffee just needs hot water to make it delicious. No brewing needed. Nut milk, natural sweeteners, and coconut oil are optional additions if you have a sweet tooth.

All of our products can go in the trash. The boxes that hold our single-serve packets can be recycled, and the composite cans can be recycled as well.

The individual packets that we use are a food-grade paper/Aluminum/plastic-mix that is designed specifically to help keep the mushroom powders fresh and air-proof for up to 3 years. Unfortunately, there are not many recyclable options for air-proof, food-grade packaging materials. We are always looking for more eco-friendly packaging components and/or ingredients.
