Organic Instant Coffee: Our organic coffee is grown in Colombia. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, we concentrate the coffee by evaporation and finish it by spray-drying it into a pure instant powder. 50 mg of caffeine per serving (half the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee).
Organic Chaga Mushroom (250 mg per serving): Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) has been used to support immune function for centuries. Today our Chaga is sustainably handmade in birch trees. We extract the fruiting bodies to make a blendable organic powder with no fillers or carriers.
Organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom (250 mg per serving): The scientific name for Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) sounds like “Hercules,” and with good reason. It’s your brain’s best friend when you want to get things done. We extract our Lion’s Mane from wood-grown fruiting bodies: totally organic, with no fillers or carriers.

All of our products can go in the trash. The boxes that hold our single-serve packets can be recycled, and the composite cans can be recycled as well.

The individual packets that we use are a food-grade paper/Aluminum/plastic-mix that is designed specifically to help keep the mushroom powders fresh and air-proof for up to 3 years. Unfortunately, there are not many recyclable options for air-proof, food-grade packaging materials. We are always looking for more eco-friendly packaging components and/or ingredients.
